The staff at the front desk were available and helpful. My room was facing the courtyard. It provided a quiet atmosphere. The INKA Peruvian restaurant had very tasty food. I found two metro lines close by.
The city tax charged upon departure was a surprise. I would have liked it included earlier.

The staff spoke fluent English and provided quick service. They managed requests efficiently. Check-in was handled smoothly, and baggage storage was available needing it. Staff were helpful with directions.

The hotel included a bar with interesting cocktails and the ambiance was good. A safe was available in my room for secure storage. The hotel is close to the Marais district and markets. This makes exploring convenient.
